HEAD OF CREDIT AND RECOVERY
Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate must possess a good degree/HND from a recognized university or polytechnic. The candidates should have any of the following professional qualifications: ACA, ACIB, ACCA and/or post graduate degree with upward of 8 years cognate experience in a financial institution, preferably a mortgage firm.
HEAD OF FINANCE
Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate must possess a good degree/HND from a recognized university or polytechnic. The candidates should have any of the following professional qualifications: ACA, ACIB, ACCA and/or post graduate degree with upward of 5 years cognate experience in a financial institution, preferably a mortgage firm.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate must possess a good degree/HND from a recognized university or polytechnic. He or She must be a be a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. A minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying is required. Experience dealing with title and approval matters would be highly desirable.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in relevant Microsoft packages. He or she must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong analytical and negotiation skills, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
